A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, payable via PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, or bank transfer. A 7% processing fee and any applicable Panama taxes are added to the deposit amount.
No refunds are issued for cancellations. However, if you cancel at least 15 days before departure, your payment can be used as travel credit for a future trip, valid for up to 12 months.
Children are welcome on board. Families traveling with children are offered private boat experiences only — in this case, our boats are never shared with other guests. Life jackets are provided for all guests.
Higher rates apply from December 15 to January 15 and during Easter/Semana Santa. Please contact us for pricing during these periods.
Check-in takes place on the morning of departure, and check-out on the last morning of the trip. Guests are expected to respect the boat, crew, and local communities. Smoking is not permitted on board. Please bring reef-safe sunscreen and reusable bottles.
Included: Captain and crew, accommodation on board, 3 homemade meals per day, juices, filtered water, snorkeling gear, kayak, paddle board, and motorized dinghy.
Not included: Transportation Panama City ↔ sailboat (~$120–140 USD/person), Guna Yala entrance fee (~$23 USD/person), alcoholic beverages, and personal expenses.
Water activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk. We recommend travel insurance. San Blas on Sailboats is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control. In the event of severe weather or other force majeure events, we will offer travel credit or discuss alternative arrangements.
