Best trip I've ever taken! I came with my mom and sister and this was a perfect family trip, very low stress with healthy food and lots of activities like snorkeling and visiting islands. Guadalupe is an amazing cook and has good relationships with many Guna people — a true cultural experience.

Without a doubt, one of the best trips I've ever taken. The San Blas Archipelago is a true Caribbean paradise. This trip with Guadalupe was so much more — you genuinely feel like part of their community and get a glimpse of what it's like to live on a boat.

Four of us stayed with Guadalupe for three nights and it was an unforgettable experience. She is a very warm person and an excellent cook, and took us to the most beautiful and lonely places. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to visit San Blas.

Loved everything about this trip! Guadalupe was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the location was breathtaking. She found wonderful snorkeling places, sailed between islands, beautiful sunsets — just fantastic!

I had the honour to stay 3 nights on the sailboat of Guadalupe. She was a wonderful host, excellent sailor and cook. From the beginning to the end I felt very welcome — it was like a dream. The highlight of my trip in Panama!

Nine days which is not for the faint of heart — but we loved every minute! Fresh seafood and mostly vegetarian food, very good for us since we have specific dietary needs. Guadalupe has the best relationships with the Guna people. A true cultural and sailing experience.
